Rules & Policies

By participating in TND Social Club events or online spaces, members agree to follow these Rules & Policies. They are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the online platform and/or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of these terms.

About the Group

TND Social Club (officially called Toronto Nude Dudes or just TND for short) hosts social events for men and provides both online and in-person spaces where members can connect in a respectful and welcoming environment.

Event Format Legend:

🍃 NATURIST / NUDIST – These events focus on social naturism/nudism. Play is NOT permitted.
🔥 SPICY – These events focus primarily on play or include play/touch/sensuality as a core component.
🍃🔥 BLENDED – Events that include elements of both formats, often in specified areas or zones.

Code of Conduct:

1. Authenticity:
   • 1.1 Single Account: Members are only allowed to have ONE account. Creating multiple accounts is against the rules.
   • 1.2 Profile Photos: Members must have a profile photo that is of themselves. Profile photos cannot contain copyrighted cartoon characters, drawings, logos, icons or other imagery. They must be a photo of the Member ONLY. Profile photos may not include any closeups of genitals nor any sexualized themes. Face photos strongly recommended, but not mandatory.
   • 1.3 Names: Members should use their real first name or a nickname suitable for in-person interaction.
   • 1.4 Impersonation: Members may not say, show, imply or otherwise confuse others into thinking they are someone they are not.
2. Eligibility:
   • 2.1 Identity: Members must identify as a man, dude or guy. This includes cis men, trans men, and non-binary folks who identify under the trans-masculine umbrella.
   • 2.2 Age: Members must be 18 years of age or older to join. Some events may require the Member to be 19 or older, but the group itself is open to 18 and up.
   • 2.3 Behaviour: Members must follow the rules set out in this document and any additional guidance or feedback provided to them about their behaviour from a representative or Moderator (MOD) of TND.
3. Consent:
   Consent applies equally to both online and in-person experiences.
   • 3.1 At Events: Members must never touch or otherwise engage with Members who have indicated disinterest or said the phrase “no” to an interaction. No means no. Unwanted touching, harrassment or other non-consensual behaviour is considered heinous.
   • 3.2 Online Photos: Members may not upload photos unless it is of themeselves. Members will not non-consensually share photos of other Members.
   • 3.3 Unwanted DMs: Members will not send private messages (DMs / PMs) to other Members who have indicated that they don’t wish to be contacted. Members will not send repeated messages to other Members who did not respond to previous message(s). No response is to be considered a no.
   • 3.4 Persistence: Pressure or attempts to persuade someone after they decline are not acceptable. No means no.
   • 3.5 Signs of Consent: Members must ask before initiating physical contact and respect personal boundaries. Consent must be clear, voluntary, and can be withdrawn at any time. Silence or lack of resistance does not equal consent.
4. Copyrighted Materials:
   • 4.1 Uploading: Members will not upload or share copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise illegal content that they do not have permission to distribute.
   • 4.2 Requesting: Members will not request others to do the contents of 4.1
5. Discussion:
   • 5.1 In-Person: Members will conduct themselves in a manner that is friendly and respectful and will limit conversations that may lead to hate speech and discrimination.
   • 5.2 Online: Members may share opinions and participate in discussions respectfully so long as they don’t attack, discriminate, harm or harass others.
6. Equality & Safety:
   • 6.1 Body Positivity: Shaming or mocking someone’s body or appearance is not permitted.
   • 6.2 Racism: Racist language or discrimination of any kind is prohibited.
   • 6.3 Transphobia: Transphobic comments or hate are not permitted. The group includes cis men, trans men, and anyone who identifies as a man.
   • 6.4 Anti-Women Content: Aggressively hateful language toward women is not permitted.
   • 6.5 Harassment: Persistent unwanted attention or behaviour that makes others uncomfortable is not allowed.
   • 6.6 Politics, War & Extremism: Though not explicitly banned, these discussions should generally be avoided as they often create conflict and go against our goal of a friendly social club. When discussed in a healthy and calm manner, these discussions may be permitted in moderation.
7. Privacy:
   • 7.1 Stays In The Group: Members must not share photos, videos, or personal details about other members without consent.
8. Illegal Activity:
   • 7.1 Drugs: Not permitted at any event.
   • 7.2 Weapons: Not permitted at event event.

Enforcement & Moderation:

Moderators and/or Admins may take action when rules are violated to maintain a safe and respectful community. Common enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to: warnings, removal of content, or removal from the group.

Event No‑Shows:

Members who repeatedly register for events and do not attend without adequate notice may receive warnings or removal from the group. A no-show does not apply if sufficient notice was given so another member could take the spot. This policy is for the very tiny number of Members who say nothing and also don’t come, repeatedly.

• 1st-4th occurence: Warning
• 5-7th occurrence: STERN Warning
• 8th occurrence: Removal from the group

Liability & Administration

1. Members participate in events voluntarily and are responsible for their own safety, actions, and behaviour.
2. TND Social Club, its organizers, moderators, and volunteers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes that may occur during events or interactions between members.
3. Events may take place in spaces owned or operated by businesses, organizations, or private individuals. These venue owners and hosts are not responsible for the actions or behaviour of members and are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during events.
4. Some events may be independently organized and hosted by individual members, including events held in private homes. In these cases, the event is operated by the individual host, and TND Social Club serves only as a platform to promote the event, communicate information, and track attendance.
5. Moderators and administrators reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, or remove members whose behaviour violates these policies or harms the safety, comfort, or functioning of the community.

TND Social Club is a part of Awesomer Inc. from a legal and organizational perspective.
